DHM 1000 Family將波長630nm的半導(dǎo)體激光分成照射到試料的光和參照光兩部分來使用。共包括兩大品種,一種是試料反射光與參照光進行干涉的測量

DHM 1000 Family將波長630nm的半導(dǎo)體激光分成照射到試料的光和參照光兩部分來使用。共包括兩大品種,一種是試料反射光與參照光進行干涉的“R1000 series”,另一種是試料透過光與參照光進行干涉的“T1000 series”。照射到試料上的光線與參照光產(chǎn)生的干涉圖案使用CCD相機,作為數(shù)字?jǐn)?shù)據(jù)保存下來,由此算出三維數(shù)據(jù)。計算三維數(shù)據(jù)時使用的是專用軟件“Koala Software”。

應(yīng)用
其主要應(yīng)用是在MEMS研發(fā)中用于測量工作,以及在生產(chǎn)線用于缺陷檢測。與上述用途中現(xiàn)在經(jīng)常使用的共焦顯微鏡相比,在同行分辨率下能夠更高速地進行測量。垂直方向的分辨率為0.6nm,水平方向為200nm~300nm(取決于物鏡)。使用1.25倍率的物鏡時視野為4mm×4mm,可以15視野/秒的速度進行測量。因此,1cm見方的試料幾分鐘即可完成觀察。使用現(xiàn)有共焦顯微鏡時,同等范圍的觀察則需要幾個小時~10小時。 此次的產(chǎn)品最大可將觀察速度擴展至1萬視野/秒。由于攝影速度快,因此不需除震臺,可用來檢測流水線上的產(chǎn)品。
